According to Joy Howell, Owner of Hat Rock Inn, they couldn’t see their desired ROI with the earlier cloud PMS. It was a very basic PMS and lacked many operationally imperative features. “The application was slow, not user-friendly, expensive, and didn’t support multiple POS set up. Their support was abysmal, too,” Joy said.
On their decision to replace the old and restrictive PMS, Joy said that they wanted to grow and that was possible only with a feature-rich PMS.
